Start a community NRM group
There are Landcare groups, Coastcare groups and other NRM groups throughout Queensland but maybe there’s not one in your area.
These ‘care’ groups have been started by energetic local people who are passionate about caring for natural resources in their area. If there is no care group in your area and you are interested in starting one, visit the Queensland Water and Land Carers website for information and advice.
