Joint Queensland-Australian Government NRM Steering Committee (the JSC)
The JSC was established in 2002 under the National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality and Natural Heritage Trust extension bilateral agreements, and ceased in 2009.
The JSC coordinated Queensland and Australian Government investment in regional natural resource management and recommended proposals and decisions to state and federal Ministers for approval.
