Navigation and how to find what you're looking for
Primary navigation
The primary navigation is located directly under the horizontal image banner at the top of each page.
Each section contains related information:
- About regional NRM: the main section of the web site discusses natural resource management issues and provides links to news, events and who does what.
- My region: provides information on Queensland's regional NRM groups, including a map of the regions, links to their web sites and contact information.
- Get involved: explains how to get involved in natural resource management, including volunteer work.
- Policies, plans & legislation: covers the different policies, plans and legisation that affect NRM, including the Australian Government's Caring for our Country initiative and regional NRM plans.
- Research & SIPs: covers and provides information on products from the state-level investment projects.
- Education & careers: provides information and links to careers and educational resources available.
Secondary navigation
If a lot of information is contained in a section on the web site, secondary navigation will be used. This navigation is specific to that section and can be found on the left-hand side of each page.
Footer
From the footer you can link to our legal notices regarding this site. A link is also provided to the Queensland Government website, the main government site that provides access to Queensland Government information and services online.
Linking to our site
If you would like to link to the regional NRM site you must note the following:
- You can link to our site using the standard approach of copying the URL of the page you want to link to. This URL may change or be deleted over time.
- You must acknowledge the regional NRM web site as the source of information or the site you are linking to.
Viewing and printing PDF files
The Acrobat Adobe Reader you need to view and print PDF files can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.
